How is the education system at the company?

There are training at the time of joining company, at 6 months, 1 year, 3 years and 5 years. We are actively working with instructors inside and outside the company. In addition, we take the initiative in acquiring various qualifications for skills improvisation.

I am assigned to the maintenance division. When I joined the company, I was an amateur with no maintenance experience. No matter what kind of work I do, I always have the support of my seniors. At first, I was worried that I would be able to do it, but now while doing my own work I am in charge of teaching two juniors. From now I will continue to do my best with the awareness of the issues.
