What made you decide to join the company and why did you choose it?
I was interested in vehicle maintenance because of my older brother who worked for an automobile maintenance company. During my job hunting, I visited about 3 companies. Above all, at the A-COM the employees talked to me with a smile and the at-home atmosphere was very impressive, so I decided to join the company.
Have you had any hardships or difficulties at work?
Since I work outdoors, it is hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. So, I am adjusting the temperature by wearing innerwear etc.
Please tell about your job description.
I am doing car inspection and maintenance. Since joining the company, I obtained car inspection for passenger cars in the first year, truck inspection in the second year, and acquired car mechanic qualification level 3 in the third year. Currently, I am aiming to get heavy-duty truck driving license, in addition to medium size vehicle driving license I already have and studying to acquire car mechanic qualification level 2!
Looking back so far, please share about the real thrill and worthwhile of your job.
I was graduated from general course education and didn't understand anything about automotive, but senior employee taught me at the time of joining company warm and kindly. The inexperienced self was able to develop. Now, I find it very rewarding to work on different cars one by one.
Message to those who are considering of joining the company
I am putting strength for coaching juniors. Anyone interested, even you are inexperienced I will guide you from basic, so don't hesitate to ask me anything.

What made you decide to join the company and why did you choose it?
I joined from a part-time job, but since that time I felt that it is a company with strong personality. Since various people are gathering together I feel that they can understand me. Employees can make the most of their personality so I decided to join the company.
Have you had any hardships or difficulties at work?
At the beginning, I wasn't used to picking up the phone and wasn't good at it. But when customer greeted me by saying 'Miss Matsubara, how are you?', I was happy because they remembered my name.
Please tell about your job description.
Most of the time I work inside the office, handle visitors at the front desk, answer phone calls, create slips, invoices, etc. I interact in actual with customers a lot, play a role as an entrance to our business, so I handle work with a sense of responsibility.
Looking back so far, please share about the real thrill and worthwhile of your job.
There are times I feel like going to explode due to overlapping tasks such as answering phone calls and handling visitor, but the sense of accomplishment when I share the work with other employees around me or work efficiently at my own pace are very worth the work.
Message to those who are considering of joining the company
When there are private events, it is an environment where it is easy to get home a little earlier or take a day off because of the understanding of the surroundings. It is an easy to work company for women who want to achieve work-life balance.

What made you decide to join the company and why did you choose it?
I am originally graduated from technical high school. I like cars too. I chose this company because I think that I can make the most of my strengths here.
Have you had any hardships or difficulties at work?
I ever told by my superior that 'you are too courteous' because it took quite a long time to finish my work. Then seniors taught me the work know-how and by accumulating experience I was able to improve my work efficiency. I still remember that I feel impressed when I saw the car I handled running firmly.
Please tell about your job description.
I am making a foam model of a car roof. There are only two people in charge of this job. It requires specialized skills. I am studying every day so that I can improve this skill.

I was full of anxiety at the first time joining the company. I developed my skills until I was assigned a job such as welding that I am not in charge of. I feel worth the work at the moment I feel that my technical skills have improved, I want to do my best to be an "all-rounder of the A-COM" in the future!

It's an open company that makes it easy to communicate to superiors and seniors. If you have any questions, it's important to get in the habit of asking your superiors or seniors immediately to communicate.

Have you had any hardships or difficulties at work?
Until the first year after joining the company, the customers I was in charge was only a few and I could not get good results, but by founding new customers steadily, now most vehicles are entrusted to us. I am happy when a relationship of mutual trust is created where people can consult with us about vehicle purchase and maintenance.
Please tell about your job description.
Selling new and used cars. In addition, I am visiting customers for vehicle inspections, examinations, maintenance, etc. and also provide new proposal and promote for vehicle mainteinance.

For car body customization, I need to create specification while making proposal and have a meeting at the factory. Reflecting the ideas that comes up that time, it is most rewarding to see customers happy when we deliver their vehicles.

What made you decide to join the company and why did you choose it?
I used to work in the construction industry for 7 years, but when my car broke down I wanted to repair it myself, so I decided to change job. Now, I'm looking forward to repair it by myself.
Have you had any hardships or difficulties at work?
Since I was from a different industry and had no experience, it was difficult to manage parts and learn the installation location at the first time joining the company. However, my superior and seniors kindly taught me, and it didn't take long time to get used to the environment. I feel that I am very blessed.

Body repair and painting for various types of vehicles, from general passenger cars to large trucks.
Looking back so far, please share about the real thrill and worthwhile of your job.
I think that "it makes sense to continue", and I am the type who works diligently in both private and work. At work, I am improving my skills by trying to remember the work in front of me by repeating it over and over again. Since I joined the company, I have acquired knowledge and skills, not only in body repair and painting but various tasks such as helping customization and welding. In my private life, I feel my growth by "keep continuing", such as getting 10 degree in Japanese Calligraphy that I have been doing since I was a child.
